Patience is a virtue, we hear it over and over again, but how do we exercise patience in our everyday lives? It is easy to be inpatient – life moves at a lightening fast speed these days…or does it? Patience can be learned by practicing mindfulness, gratitude, and acceptance. We don’t always get what we want when we want it, but sometimes the result is worth the wait.
