This course on mindfulness is fun and enlightening.  Mindfulness is often made to sound difficult or mystical.   You can be mindful in so many ways and learning to be mindful when eating, smelling, seeing, feeling is easy.  Everyday mindfulness is possible for everyone.  In each session which last less than an hour, you will experience the beauty of being mindful doing things that are almost universally enjoyed.
