The conversation is the same rigorous, goal-directed process you’d expect from any coaching engagement: clarifying what you actually want, examining what’s in the way, and building a plan to move forward.

The program includes 27 easy to follow lessons, 51 worksheets and over 7 hours of audio lessons. Importantly, you will receive feedback if you so choose on each lesson you complete.

Benchmarked against Portugal's coaching and outdoor-wellbeing market — individual coaching typically runs €45–120 per session here, and guided nature experiences €35–70. Nature coaching sits toward the upper end, reflecting the 1:1 attention and longer session length.
Prices shown are indicative starting rates for the Portuguese market as of 2026 and are commonly adjusted for coach experience level, credentials (e.g. ICF accreditation), and city (Lisbon and Cascais typically command a premium over Alentejo or the Minho). Treat this as a starting model to test and refine against your own positioning.
Sessions outside the Lisbon–Cascais–Setúbal radius: +€20–40 travel supplement.
Hybrid option — one outdoor session alternating with one video session per month: −15% vs. full in-person rate.
Sessions available in Portuguese, English, or Spanish at no additional charge.
